1. What is the average ship time on merchandise?
We do our best to ship within 1-2 business days from the time your order is received. If we cannot fulfill your order within that time, you will receive notification from us as to when we expect to send it. You will also have the option of canceling your purchase at that time.
2. Can I pay by money order , check or credit card?
Yes you can. However, orders will not be shipped until money order or checks have completely cleared the bank. Credit cards can be used through Paypal, or arrangements can be made to process them through our sister site enchantedkingdoms.com. Mythmaiden is not set up for direct credit card payments at this time.
3. What if I don't like the product once it arrives?
We have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on non-perishable items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Mythmaiden, please return the item(s) along with a copy of the invoice within 30 days of receipt of goods and the purchase price of the items will be refunded.
4. What does "special order" mean?
"Special order" means that the item is either too big or costly to keep in stock at our location. Usually you will need to allow 2-3 weeks for delivery , although some items may come in sooner.
5. What does "imported" mean?
In this global economy "Imported" usually means items made in China or other third world countries. However, many of our products are made in Ireland. Others are shipped from Europe to warehouses in the U.S. but may have originated in another country.
6. How accurate are the informational pages?
I try to use authentic sources of information and am preparing a bibliography for those who are interested. Mythology and legends, by their vary nature, change over time and may differ in their interpretations. As with anything, it is wise to check several sources if you are concerned about the content of any information. I also want to represent different points of view on spirituality and have tried to be as accurate as possible regarding these ancient belief systems.
